How to comment.

For anyone who would like to make comments please click on one of the following:

1. the word "comments" below the post
2. the title of the post such as "How to comment"
3. or, the button "Links to this post"
4. a comment box should appear that will allow you to read all posts by others and posts your thoughts.

Since blogging is new to me there may be some glitches along the way and those who are more experienced at this may want to offer suggestions.  Also, for others who are inexperienced with blogging, please click on the page labeled "Post/Reply guide" at the top of this page for more detailed instructions.

I am also contemplating whether to try to develop a forum. A forum may be a better way for homeowners, realtors, landlords, tradesmen, inspectors, and contractors to discuss issues and concerns and obtain suggestions from others on how to implement lead safe work practices and comply with EPA, HUD, and OSHA regulations.

I welcome all suggestions.
